The only reason why Law Enforcement exists is so Misty Pavillion can pretend that every deed they do is for the good or at least not directly connected to them as LE plays as scapegoat.

You should remember two people which already described how MP acts. The pavillion master who was almost executed just because he spoke against MP elder and Pill Pavillion had no guts to save him. Garden master who did the same but was almost killed and had to escape central region.

Also, no one can really go against MP because most forces are far weaker than they were in QC first life. MP pretty much eradicated all strong people by either killing or betrayal.

yea, i couldn't agree more. sometimes I just stop reading some novels when there is too much of that. but, hey... it is a chinese trope in these stories. they are pretty much built on "strong is always right" and "possession without strength is cardinal sin"

but, at least in this novel this only happens when distinction is great enough. take this sect for example, they barely have 1 middle level 8 emperor and few low level. law enforcement has tons of level 9 and they are totally weak compared to misty pavilion who have tons more of those and leader is half deity.

in fact, in this novel MP is so strong that even normal no matter how weak disciple equates to more than most sect masters simply because of the backing where sending one single person would spell doom. but, that only becomes visible later when QC enters central region and inner workings start showing up.
